His passion for building performance and science led him to start his own inspection company. After moving back to Arkansas he worked for the City of Fayetteville as a Commercial and Residential Building Inspector. In 2021 he started ESPY Inspections. He is certified in International Building Code and licensed by the state of Arkansas Home Inspection Board.
